FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WILL OUR SESSIONS BE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?
With my recent relocation from Nebraska to Michigan, I currently do no have a dedicated studio space. I will in the future so, stay tuned for that. For now, sessions will either take place in YOUR home or outdoors.

DO I COME TO YOU OR DO YOU COME TO ME?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED YOU TO TRAVEL TO A FURTHER DESTINATION FOR OUR SESSION OR EVENT?
I am happy to travel! Anything 20 miles from my home address (also where my business legally resides) will require a mileage fee. The first 20 miles are on me! After 20 miles, each additional mile is 56 cents per mile.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE?
There is not many reasons to have to reschedule as session BUT if something does occur (which things do), rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours prior to our booked time slot. If you have to reschedule as session, we will find another day that works. If weather is the case, we will do our best to reschedule as soon as possible. One reschedule is complimentary to your session - second reschedule will require a $50 rescheduling fee.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY IMAGES?
My turn around time for regular session is 1-2 weeks during normal season. During busy season (fall) turn around times may be extended to 3-4 weeks due to amount of sessions taking place. This is key knowledge if you plan to use these images for holiday cards - the earlier in the fall, the better for turn around times to get your images printed.

Wedding turn around times are 1-2 months with a preview within the first 3 days.

ARE MY IMAGES MINE TO KEEP?
They are yours to keep! You will receive shared printing rights which means you can share on social media for personal use only as well as share with friends & family. Morgan Mann Photography will have the copyright for all images. DO NOT alter the images in any way at all. If you choose to share on social media, please give ' Morgan Mann Photography' a tag or mention for credit.

WHAT IF I DON'T NEED A FULL SESSION?
Follow along on Facebook & Instagram to see when I am hosting seasonal mini sessions. Those are the best way to get a few great images for a lower price and half the time.
